For women, ensure that you are wearing a top that can hold a nice supportive bra, although it looks odd to many individuals, there are numerous movement involved in golf. Check to make certain that arm and neck holes are cut well and lay flat so that there is no chafing. Both sexes must make sure that the tops they are wearing are loose enough to not interfere with the swing, but not so stretched that they interfere with inhalation.
