No ones life is untouched by tobacco addiction. Most everyone has someone in their lives fighting this addiction or someone you care about in their lives who has died from nicotine related diseases. We all know that smoking or other wise ingesting tobacco is at best not good for us and at the worst probably will kill us with a lengthy slow agonizing death, so why on earth do we do it? Smoking control is one thing that seems to totally allude nearly all people. Even though many of us can be casual drinkers who have a couple of beers at a party or with dinner, but feel no need to always have a bottle on hand smoking control does not seem to be such an easy thing to accomplish.

This is a fight that can just be won by never giving up, never allowing your guard down and not allowing yourself to destroy your own efforts. Appreciate your combatant and when you slip up, put it behind you and keep on fighting.

Plenty of people like to accumulate up the money they save not buying cigarettes to buy themselves gifts, trips, etc. The biggest prize that you will get from your firmness of purpose to adhere with your fight to achieve control over smoking is the dignity you will feel, the boost to your self appreciation and knowing that you can do anything you set your mind to.
